BREATHING SPACE FOR YOGA TEACHERS
The shared practice of breathing and meditation in a group can allow our body systems to cohere to a collective calm; and sometimes this is more nourishing than our more typical solitary practice. This practice space demands nothing of each of us than to just arrive quietly, settle and follow a simple guided breath practice and somatic check-in before we enter the week. This is for yoga teachers who need to land together in these troubling times.
HOW IT WORKS
Breathing Space sessions will be held virtually on Zoom on Monday mornings. Once you've booked online, you'll be sent a link to access the session. You will need to download Zoom to participate.
We invite you to find a quiet space in your home where you won't be disturbed for 30 minutes. Feel free to set yourself up for breathing and meditation practice in whichever way suits you.

BOOKING
We welcome payments of between £2.50 and £5 per session. Or the equivalent of what you'd pay for your morning coffee and/or slice of cake. Please contact us if payment is an issue due to circumstances.
