COCOON

GENTLE RESTORATIVE PRACTICES

FOR YOGA TEACHERS

GUIDED RESTORATIVE YOGA & YOGA NIDRA  |  FRIDAY EVENINGS

YOGA TEACHERS' COCOON

Sometimes, as teachers, we do not get the chance to practice together, to rest together, to create a shared space of just being together. Enter this end-of-week practice to begin the process of landing back in the 'soft animal of your body" as Mary Oliver names it in her poem, Wld Geese. We'll begin with guided breathing, a simple prop-lite Restorative practice, and end with Yoga Nidra, and that's all. We quietly arrive, we quietly go.

HOW IT WORKS

Cocoon sessions will be held virtually on Zoom on Friday evenings. Once you've booked online, you'll be sent a link to access the session. You will need to download Zoom to participate.

We invite you to find a quiet space in your home where you won't be disturbed for an hour, and to set yourself up with the basics for a prop-lite restorative practice.
