If you have ever 'tried to meditate' and fallen out of practice or out of love with the idea, then dive into this guided course to creating a practice that works for you.
We'll take you right back to basics, examining yogic concepts and journeying into phenomenological thought to help you define what a Quiet Practice means to you and what it looks like for you.
From there, we'll keep you on track with weekly resources, journaling tips, and practice guides and in six weeks time you'll have created a Quiet Practice of your very own. Alternatively, why not take it all at your own pace?
