GENTLE ONLINE OFFERINGS

Shared online practices for yoga teachers and teacher seeking sanctuary in times of uncertainty, including meditation, breathing, restorative yoga, and journalling.



Gathering in online spaces is proving to be an unmined seam of shared presence and respectful conversations. We know scientifically that staying connected is important to the health of our nervous systems and a daily dose of hearing other voices, seeing other faces online is good medicine.


So while are beautiful trainings and courses are in hibernation, we have some gentle offerings of shared breathing, meditation, and movement practices for the online space. There are dedicated spaces for teachers and open spaces for all.






YOGA TEACHERS' COCOON

SHARED RESTORATIVE PRACTICES


An invitation for yoga teachers to practice together, rest together, and create a shared space of being together at the end of each week.


We'll begin with guided breathing, a simple prop-lite Restorative practice, and end with Yoga Nidra, and that's all.  We quietly arrive, we quietly go. Find out more >

SOOTHING PRACTICES FOR ALL


Open to all, this shared online space will be open twice on Tuesdays for us to land gently together.


Morning sessions offer guided breathing and meditation, while evening sessions are dedicated to a restoring movement practice including restorative yoga and/or Yoga Nidra. Find out more >

BREATHING SPACE

BREATHING & MEDITATION FOR TEACHERS


The shared practice of breathing and meditation in a group can allow our body systems to cohere to a collective calm; sometimes more nourishing than our more typical solitary practice.

Each Monday, this teachers' space that will bookend the day: Morning breathing and meditation. Evening breathing and Yoga Nidra. Find out more >

A SHARED JOURNALING PROJECT


Inspired by the creative works of poets and writers, Sunday Reflections is the yoga of self-enquiry for troubling times. 


Receive a series of themed monthly journaling prompts then join an optional online gathering for shared reflection, hosted by Beverley. Themes include Courage, and Rest. Find out more >
