We take the guidelines on data protection seriously even though we are a small organisation collecting only the necessary information to help us provide you with the training course or workshop of your choice. We provide this Privacy Policy, to assure you that we will take great care of the information that you provide to us.

Information you give us. This may arise from you filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you complete an application form for a training course, when you change/update your personal details, contact preferences etc. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.

 

Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect technical information about your visit to the website including pages viewed and links clicked on.

Information we receive from other sources. We working closely with a number of third parties training partners who may forward your information to us if we are better able to service your enquiries.

  • to administer your application to join a training course

  • to administer the provision of any services you have requested e.g attendance to our trainings, workshop programmes and guest events

  • to provide you with information about other services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about through our email newsletter, providing always that you have given to us the necessary consent

  • to provide you, or permit selected third parties to provide you, with information about what we feel may interest you. Where we permit selected third parties to use your data, we (or they) will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this, providing always that you have given to us the necessary consent

While we take the greatest care both when your information is moving to or from our web services and also whilst your information is held by us, unfortunately the transmission of information via the internet can never be completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
