Mid-Winter Social for Tired Yoga Teacher

about the course

Following the lovely time we had at our mid-Summer Social in August, we are inviting you back to enjoy a shared practice, some journaling time, some warm spicy refreshments and most of all some easy, empathetic conversations with other teachers. Honestly, we had the best time back in August. It was so nice to be in a guided practice and then the easy conversation with other people who totally understand the ups and downs of teaching was a gift. If you are not teaching on the Solstice, then do come along!
