Bookings, Refunds and Cancellation Policy * Please indicate your payment preferences on the booking form. You will receive an invoice(s) which can be paid by bank transfer or secure card transaction. * Early Bird payment is required in full by 1st February 2026 * Non-early Bird payment is required in full by 1st May 2026. * Cancellations: Before 1st May 2026 fees paid will be refunded less £50 cancellation fee * Cancellations: After 1st May 2026 fees will only be refunded if your place can be filled in such case fees paid will be refunded less £50 cancellation fee.
