Are you ready to teach rest as a radical practice? This three-day immersion is for yoga teachers who want to share the transformative power of rest, through both theoretical and hands-on practice. You'll leave able to: — Confidently prop and sequence restorative asanas — Understand the anatomy, physiology and philosophy of rest — Create safe, welcoming spaces for deep practice — Teach from a place of genuine depth and embodied knowledge. How it works 3–6 hours of guided pre-course study covers the theory before you arrive, so our studio time stays focused entirely on hands-on practice. Teachers at any stage drawn to slower, more contemplative work — whether you're diversifying your offering, recovering from your own tiredness or exhaustion, or ready to go deeper into rest as practice and philosophy.
