feel: embodied anatomy
Heart system and blood flows. From embryo to archetype exploring passion, care and transitions.
A three-day embodied exploration of your digestive system, vagus nerve, and gut microbiome to reclaim the wisdom of rest, rhythm, and nourishment.
A three-day immersion into an embodied exploration of your heart system and blood flows.
First you’ll explore the heart as an open, contiguous system mapping the far reach of the feeling-body, and touching in with its embryological origins and archetypes.
Then onwards to distinguish the purpose, passion and pulse of the arterial blood flow from the lilting waves of venous flow that support care for self and others, and the relief of letting-go.
Completing the journey, you’ll spend time in the resting places in the system: between beats and at the capillary beds, to consider rest as a place of transition
Each day includes theory, somatic explorations, creative integration, journaling prompts for personal enquiry and take home practices to continued personal enquiry.
This workshop is designed for:
* Somatic practitioners, bodyworkers and movement teachers
* Professionals in body-based therapies and counselling approaches
* Yoga practitioners and teachers
* And anyone seeking deeper body literacy, resources and skills.
