It is our aspiration to meet the ISMETA requirements through a syllabus of somatic coaching, supervisory, and mentoring skills. The syllabus aims include explorations into the application of somatic movement as an adjunct modality to other registered therapists whether they are in private practice, or deployed in secure or clinical settings. The scope of practice will be clearly defined.

It will involve approximately 50 additional hours of training, a practical case study work and supervision.

Applications for this layer of training will require successful completion of the RSME layer.

A professional training for movement educators and yoga teachers.

Our programme blends in-person and online learning and offers three professional pathways, designed to support your goals and align with ISMETA standards.

We 100% believe in the power of in-person training days for somatic study and practice, so the majority of your time will be with us in Cambridge, and you’ll never encounter an AI-bot tutor in our faculty.

We also 100% believe in small groups for the very best learning experience and we aim to keep our cohort numbers to no more than fourteen. This way, you’ll get to know each other and be able to form lasting peer support circles. Plus we get to know you, your aspirations, and your learning needs better too.

depth of content & learning experience

Our content is built on twenty years experience in applied somatics in group and 121 settings. We have assimilated all this experience to ensure you have access to depth as well as breadth across each pathway of study.

Mentoring support during your course & your first year of APPLIED PRACTICE

We offer 1:1 mentoring sessions during the training as well as through the first year of integrating your practice in class and 121 settings. We want to support you all the way.

Application of embodied practice, somatics, & trauma-awareness throughout

Our content cultivates trust in the first hand experience of your body experiences in practice from which you will draw your own inspiration for evolving your professional offerings and ongoing self-practice. Our theory content always finds resolution in practical and professional applications.

professional accreditation with ISMETA

We are pleased to be working towards accreditation with ISMETA, a vibrant international community of professionals with a growing presence in the UK and across Europe.
